Should I offer all my services to a new client at once, or lead with one offer?

Lead with one offer focused on the outcome the client wants, for example more service appointments booked. On a first call you do not have trust and rapport yet, and too many options make people say they will get back to you, which slows or kills the deal. Clients often do not know which service they need, so tell them what you will do to get that outcome.

You do not need a funnel per service. Put everything in one offer: the outcome is the headline and the services are the how. For example, lead with more service appointments booked for an HVAC company, and list speed to lead, a 24/7 answering service and database reactivation as how you get there. You can fit as many services as you like into the how.

Charge for the problems you solve, not the number of tools you give. Votel has 39 tools built in, and you do not need to build them all into your offer. Think of each snapshot as a service people can buy, for example a 24/7 AI receptionist (no more missed calls, more appointments), and break your offer into pieces: one client may need two pieces and another all four.

Once you have wowed a client with one service, offer add-ons such as social media management or database reactivation ("by the way, did you know we also do this?"). Offering add-ons over time walks the client up the value ladder and increases what each client is worth.
